1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SKYN Lounge Au Pty Ltd (ABN 99 696 535 001, ACN 696 535 001) ("SKYN Lounge", "we", "us", "our"), located at Brunswick, Victoria 3056.

By accessing our website (skynloungeaupty.space), booking an appointment, or receiving any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

SKYN Lounge Au provides professional skincare and beauty treatments including, but not limited to, facials, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, cosmetic injectables, body treatments, and skin consultations.

All treatments are performed by qualified and appropriately trained professionals. Cosmetic injectable procedures are performed under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner in accordance with Victorian and Australian regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including where we believe a treatment may not be safe or appropriate for a client.

3. Bookings and Appointments

• Appointments can be made via our website, email, or telephone.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure the appointment details are correct.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") may result in a fee equal to the full cost of the booked treatment.
• We reserve the right to require a deposit for certain treatments or for clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, EFTPOS, and cash. Afterpay and Zip Pay are available on treatments over $200.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within 12 months of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Consent and Medical History

Prior to receiving certain treatments, you will be required to:

• Complete a medical history and consent form
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities
• Undergo a consultation and/or patch test where applicable
• Provide informed consent for each treatment

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in adverse outcomes for which SKYN Lounge Au cannot be held responsible.

7. Treatment Risks and Results

All cosmetic and skincare treatments carry some degree of risk. Potential side effects will be discussed with you during your consultation. Common side effects may include temporary redness, swelling, bruising, or sensitivity.

Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Before and after photographs, testimonials, and treatment descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

By proceeding with a treatment, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks and that results may vary.

8. Aftercare

You are responsible for following all post-treatment aftercare instructions provided by your therapist or practitioner. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your results and may increase the risk of complications. SKYN Lounge Au is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to comply with aftercare instructions.

9. Refunds and Complaints

Your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms. If you are not satisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a complimentary corrective treatment, credit towards a future service, or a refund where appropriate. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after a treatment has been performed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of SKYN Lounge Au Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

11. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest any personal information from the website
• Use the website in any way that could damage or impair its availability

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKYN Lounge Au Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
